local people to be able to maintain and install this equipment to ensure the continuity.
We have a database of ex-pats of all management
skills who are experienced in training locals. Our highly experienced management
team ensures a continuous training of our personnel. We have policy of using and
training local workers to the maximum extend.
Executive managers are also in charge of site supervision and ensuring safety at
all sites being built.
As our projects are of different nature and techniques, it has been company policy
to use management on a contract by contract basis and have a data base of expatriates
and local experts, qualified to undertake and train the local workers for each project
as needed.
Control of Project management is the only way to success.
